INSTALLATION STEPS

Step1
Install the nuts on the Guide rod, leave a little gap between the 2 nuts;
Insert the Guide rods one by one into the slots of the Skewer support frame, and tighten the nuts.

Step2
Install the nut on the other end of the Guide rod, leave a little gap between the two nuts;
Insert the Guide rods one by one into the slots of another Skewer support frame, do not tighten the nuts, and screw one nut into each of the lower two Guide rods.

Step3
Pass the Main engine through the lower 2 Guide rods as shown in the figure;
Screw the nuts on the outer Guide rods of the Main engine, do not tighten them.

Step4
Use a skewer to test the assembly, and adjust the Skewer support frame and the Main engine to a proper position;
Tighten all nuts.

Step5
Install the DC motor, Refer to motor installation instructions;
Put on the skewers.

Step6
The installation is complete.

Just place it directly on the Tabletop.

MAINTENANCE

The Auto Flip Skewer is driven by a chain. After use, please wipe it clean and dry it and store it in a dry place. If possible, add chain oil to it to prevent the chain from rusting for a long time and cause transmission difficulties.

MOTHER CLIP INSTALLATION

Before using for the first time, adjust the mother clip according to the size of your own bamboo skewers or other baking needles to be clamped (mother clip chuck fixed rotating handle or handle fixed rotating mother clip chuck). In the later use, just turn it clockwise to tighten it, and turn it counterclockwise to loosen it.

Note: Please wear BBQ Anti-scalding gloves when loading and unloading the baking needles

DISASSEMBLY STEPS

Step1
Unscrew the outer nut of the main engine and take out the main engine.

Step2
Slightly loosen all the nuts for clamping the Skewer support frame, separate and remove the Guide rod and nut assembly one by one, and screw the nuts on the outside of the Main engine onto the Guide rod again to prevent loss.
